     Dennis W. Phillips was born on 1 August 1834 at Franklin County, Georgia. He was the son of Wiley Phillips and Nancy Gober. Dennis W. Phillips married Sarah Louisa James in 1856. Dennis W. Phillips served in 1862 in the Confederate States Army and was wounded and captured 1864. He was released from prison. in 1865. He died in 1917.

     Earnest Jackson Phillips was born on 7 February 1878 at Georgia. He was the son of Wiley Milton Phillips and Sarah Elizabeth Carey. Earnest Jackson Phillips died on 10 May 1880 at Georgia at age 2.

     James Cleverly Calloway Phillips was born on 26 July 1836 at Franklin County, Georgia. He was the son of Wiley Phillips and Nancy Gober. James Cleverly Calloway Phillips served in the Confederate States Army. He died in 1863 at Tennessee from wounds received during the Civil War.

     James E. Phillips was born on 27 November 1848. He was the son of William C. Phillips and Mary Frances Bond. James E. Phillips married Mary S. Williams. James E. Phillips died in 1880.

     John Russell Phillips was born on 2 June 1840 at Franklin County, Georgia. He was the son of Wiley Phillips and Nancy Gober. John Russell Phillips served in 1862 in the Confederate States Army and was wounded while serving during the Civil War.

     Johnny Phillips was born on 6 June 1890 at Georgia. He was the son of Wiley Milton Phillips and Sarah Elizabeth Carey. Johnny Phillips died on 5 September 1890 at Georgia.

     Keziah Phillips was born on 8 May 1829 at Franklin County, Georgia. She was the daughter of Wiley Phillips and Nancy Gober. Keziah Phillips also went by the name of Kizzie. Her married name was Haley. She married John Bunyan Haley on 31 October 1855. Keziah Phillips was buried at Middle River Cemetery, Franklin County, Georgia. She died in 1897.
