Thomas Patrick Marshall and Patti Jean Hendrix were divorced. Thomas Patrick Marshall died on 14 February 1989 at Stonewall, Caddo Parish, Louisiana, at age 52. He was buried at Shreveport, Caddo Parish, Louisiana.

Martin died on 6 June 1922 at Jackson County, Georgia, at age 50. She was buried at Gober-Smith Cemetery, Jackson County, Georgia.

     Emma C. Martin was born in September 1865 at Georgia.² She married John Mathis M. Gober, son of Francis Asbury Gober and Martha E. Hix.² Her married name was Gober. Emma C. Martin died on 28 May 1901 at age 35. She was buried at Olive Baptist Church Cemetery, Jackson County, Georgia.
