     Charlotte Shipp was born on 12 September 1885 at Karber's Ridge, Hardin County, Illinois. She was the daughter of James Harrison Shipp and Eliza Ginger. Charlotte Shipp married Frederick Leo Guntert on 28 June 1909 at Mt. Vernon, Franklin County, Illinois. Charlotte Shipp died on 18 March 1973 at Tallahasee, Leon County, Florida, at age 87.

     Dola Shipp is the daughter of Francis M. Shipp and Sarah E. Vinyard.

     Edna Shipp was born on 20 November 1878. She was the daughter of Francis M. Shipp and Sarah E. Vinyard. Edna Shipp died on 1 December 1881 at age 3.

     Francis M. Shipp was born on 22 March 1841. He served Cpl Co. A - 29th Regt. IL Inf. Civil War. He married Sarah E. Vinyard, daughter of William M. Vinyard and Mary A. Shell, on 24 October 1871. Francis M. Shipp died on 3 September 1907 at age 66.

     Howard Shipp is the son of Francis M. Shipp and Sarah E. Vinyard.

     James Harrison Shipp was born on 26 January 1853 at Napolean, Gallatin County, Kentucky. He married Eliza Ginger, daughter of Henry Lewis Ginger and Lucinda Cole, on 17 October 1875. James Harrison Shipp died on 1 January 1921 at Karber's Ridge, Hardin County, Illinois, at age 67. He was buried at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Hardin County, Illinois.
