     Henry Miles Emerson was born between 22 August 1832 and 1836 at Pickens County, South Carolina. He was a rancher. He began his military service on 27 December 1861 during the Civil War in Taylor's Regiment Texas Mounted Rifles Co. C. He married Orilia Parthena Gober, daughter of Jesse Lee Gober and Mary Ann Austin, on 31 January 1878 at Hunt County, Texas.³ Henry Miles Emerson died on 26 September 1906 at Nolan County, Texas. He was buried at Sweetwater, Nolan County, Texas.

     Henry Miles Emerson III is the son of Henry Miles Emerson Jr. and Ethel Frances Lindsey. Henry Miles Emerson III married Lillian Maxine Hobbs on 31 May 1946 at Sweetwater, Nolan County, Texas. Henry Miles Emerson III adopted Mary Lou Emerson. Henry Miles Emerson III adopted Buddy George Emerson.

     Henry Miles Emerson Jr. was born on 27 August 1887 at Nolan County, Texas. He was the son of Henry Miles Emerson and Orilia Parthena Gober. Henry Miles Emerson Jr. married Ethel Frances Lindsey in 1920. Henry Miles Emerson Jr. married Eva C. Attaway. Henry Miles Emerson Jr. died on 14 May 1966 at VA Hospital, Dallas, Dallas County, Texas, at age 78. He was buried at Sweetwater, Nolan County, Texas.

     Jackie Emerson married Linda Kay Nix, daughter of Carlos Woodrow Nix and Ora Eulalia Rea, on 28 May 1965.

     James Aliner Emerson Jr. married Kathrine Ann Cash, daughter of Thomas Elry Cash Sr. and Annie Ruth Hagood, on 4 July 1957.

     James William Emerson died of cancer.¹ He was born on 14 June 1884 at Nolan County, Texas. He was the son of Henry Miles Emerson and Orilia Parthena Gober. James William Emerson married Mina Ola Dodson on 5 February 1908 at Roscoe, Nolan County, Texas. James William Emerson died on 12 November 1935 at Roscoe, Nolan County, Texas, at age 51. He was buried on 13 November 1935 at Sweetwater, Nolan County, Texas.

     Jimmy Dewain Emerson died on 18 August 1933 at Roscoe, Nolan County, Texas. He was born on 18 August 1933 at Roscoe, Nolan County, Texas. He was a twin to Peggy Jane. He was the son of Henry Miles Emerson Jr. and Ethel Frances Lindsey.

     Joe Roy Emerson is the son of James William Emerson and Mina Ola Dodson.

     Josfph E. Emerson was born on 9 September 1885 at Nolan County, Texas. He was the son of Henry Miles Emerson and Orilia Parthena Gober. Josfph E. Emerson died on 20 June 1887 at Nolan County, Texas, at age 1. He was buried at Sweetwater, Nolan County, Texas.

     Lianna Renee Emerson is the daughter of David T. Emerson and Carol Ann Kesler.

     Pauletta Christine Emerson was born on 4 January 1919 at Roscoe, Nolan County, Texas. She was the daughter of James William Emerson and Mina Ola Dodson. Her married name was Mabry. Pauletta Christine Emerson married Sam Mabry on 13 December 1941 at Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas. Pauletta Christine Emerson died on 8 August 1981 at San Angelo, Tom Green County, Texas, at age 62. She was buried on 11 August 1981 at Lawnhaven Cemetery, San Angelo, Tom Green County, Texas.

     Peggy Jane Emerson is the daughter of Henry Miles Emerson Jr. and Ethel Frances Lindsey. Peggy Jane Emerson married Ted Eugene Willis on 26 August 1950 at Roscoe, Nolan County, Texas.

     Robert Lee Emerson was born on 27 March 1882 at Nolan County, Texas. He was the son of Henry Miles Emerson and Orilia Parthena Gober. Robert Lee Emerson died on 7 October 1883 at Nolan County, Texas, at age 1. He was buried at Sweetwater, Nolan County, Texas.

     Sarah Elizabeth Emerson is the daughter of David T. Emerson and Carol Ann Kesler.

     Sherry Melisa Emerson is the daughter of Jackie Emerson and Linda Kay Nix.

     Gwynn Elaine Endler married Dewitt Ellison III, son of Dewitt Ellison Jr. and Vallie Maurine Franklin, on 28 May 1976 at Kurten, Brazos County, Texas. Gwynn Elaine Endler and Dewitt Ellison III were divorced.

     Lisa Ann Engel was Social Security Disablity Department. She married Thomas Kelly Self, son of James Forrest Self and Beatrice Lamb, on 17 December 1983 at New Blaine, Logan County, Arkansas.

     Helen Mae England was born on 29 June 1917 at Brown County, Texas. Her married name was Gober. She married Walter David Gober Sr., son of John Francis Gober and Lucy Mary Ford, on 15 October 1932. Helen Mae England died on 4 July 1999 at Lake Spence, Abilene, Taylor County, Texas, at age 82. She was buried on 6 July 1999 at Eastlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Brownwood, Brown County, Texas.

     Helen England Gober, devoted wife, mother and grandmother, age 82, of Abilene passed away Sunday, July 4, 1999, at her home.
     Funeral services were 2:00 P.M. Tuesday in the Davis-Morris Funeral Home Chapel. Interment was in Eastland Memorial Park.
     Helen England Gober was born June 29, 1917 in Brown County and was raised in Brownwood, Texas. On October 15, 1932 at age 15, she became the bride and life long partner of Walter Gober. In the early years of their marriage, they moved to Odessa. Throughout their marriage Helen balanced the roles of successful wife, mother and business-woman; a generation before her time. Side by side, they founded many business ventures, including Gober & Sons, Inc. and Odessa Venetian Blind Company, which is still operated by a nephew. In addition to their business activities, Helen was an active member of First Baptist Church and various PTA's.
Upon retirement, Helen and Walter moved to Lake Amstead, and then to Lake Spence, where she was a member of the Pecan Baptist Church. Helen taught Sunday School and participated in missions activities. Both lake homes served as family gathering spots where loving, life long memories were made and shared through generations.
     Anyone who knew Helen will miss her, as there will never be another like her, devoted wife, mother and grandmother.
     Survivors include her husband, Walter Gober of Abilene; brother Jack England and wife, Ruth of Gun Barrel City, TX; sister-in-law, Ina Bell England of Del Rio; sister, Margie Carter of Temple; half-brother, Jimmy England of Georgia; half-sister, Nancy Cotton of Cleburne; son David Gober and his wife, Grace of Abilene; son Jack Gober and wife, Maggie of Odessa; daughter, Anna Brazzel and her husband, Ray of Abilene; daughter, Margie Thornton and her husband Ron of Oklahoma City; grandchildren, Jana and Jubal Zimmerman, Dana and Andy Wilbarger, Rhonda Gail, Jack Gober, Tonya and Todd Tillman, Stephen and Julie Brazzel, Kim Brazzel, Leighana Thornton, Anthony and Raye Thornton, nine great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
     She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Frances and Thelma England, and a brother, Charles Frances 'Bugs' England.
     Pallbearers were Jack W. Gober, Anthony Thornton, Jubal Zimmerman, Todd Tillman, DeWitt England and Finley England.

     Jason Alexander England is the son of Robert England and Bernice Dee Gober.

     John Erwin England married Tallulah Mary Brooks, daughter of Judge Dooley Brooks and Nancy A. R. Gober.

     Robert England married Bernice Dee Gober, daughter of John Dee Gober Jr. and Lena Juanama Strickland, in 1981 at Nevada Lode, Hidalgo County, New Mexico.

     Sophia Etta England was born on 10 September 1882. She was the daughter of John Erwin England and Tallulah Mary Brooks. Her married name was Bachman. Sophia Etta England married Aloys Charles Bachman. Sophia Etta England died on 7 October 1945 at Ft. Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, at age 63. She was buried at Rosehill Cemetery, Ft. Worth, Tarrant County, Texas.

     M. A. English was born at Mississippi. M. A. English also went by the name of Mollie. Her married name was Gober. She married James Madison Gober, son of Bushrod Washington Gober and Arrena Reed Wigington, on 27 October 1880 at Prentiss County, Mississippi.

     Mary English was born in 1885. She married Howard Enoch Ragsdale, son of Leonard J. Ragsdale and Margaret Jerusha Garrison. Her married name was Ragsdale. Mary English died in 1941.

     Ernestine Ennis married Ralph Iving Meaders, son of Alonzo Calvin Meaders and Anna Jane Hill, on 9 May 1926 at Meridian, Lauderdale County, Mississippi.

     Erin Michelle Epley is the daughter of Robert Preston Epley and Kathryn Anne Schwaemmle.

     Richard Preston Epley is the son of Robert Preston Epley and Kathryn Anne Schwaemmle.

     Robert Preston Epley married Kathryn Anne Schwaemmle, daughter of Richard Schwaemmle and Evelyn Burns Ward, in 1984.

     Robert Spencer Epley is the son of Robert Preston Epley and Kathryn Anne Schwaemmle.

     Harvey Ayline Eppler married Wilburn Farnsworth, son of James Robert Farnsworth and Mary Malinda Ballard.

     Arkie Epps married Auburn Owens, daughter of Arden Porter Owens and Mattie Texan Gober.

     Bernard Epps married Ida Lee Gober, daughter of James Fletcher C. Gober and Essie Pearl Culbertson, on 28 June 1919.

     Omer Epps married Mansanie Darline Gober, daughter of Newton Jasper Gober and Rachael Dobbs.

     Ariel Erben is the daughter of John Franklin Erben and Tara Shellman.

     Elizabeth Ann Erben is the daughter of Franklin Theodore Erben and Obinetta Williamson. Elizabeth Ann Erben married Robert Burton Johnson on 9 May 1947 at Portland, Multnomah County, Oregon.

     Franklin Theodore Erben was also known as Franz Theodor name on Baptismal Certificate. Franklin Theodore Erben also went by the name of Frank. He was born on 2 July 1898 at San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas. He married Obinetta Williamson, daughter of Marion Frederick Parks Williamson and Elizabeth Pugh Baldwin, on 31 August 1922 at Portland, Multnomah County, Oregon. Franklin Theodore Erben died on 11 March 1969 at Portland, Multnomah County, Oregon, at age 70. He was buried at Portland, Multnomah County, Oregon.

     Jill Francine Erben is the daughter of John Franklin Erben and Marvine Elinor Ekvall.

     John Franklin Erben is the son of Franklin Theodore Erben and Obinetta Williamson. John Franklin Erben married Marvine Elinor Ekvall on 6 March 1956 at Divorced, Stevenson, Skamania County, Washington. John Franklin Erben married Tara Shellman at Pasco, Franklin County, Washington.

     John Jeffery Erben is the son of John Franklin Erben and Marvine Elinor Ekvall.

     Justin Erben is the son of John Franklin Erben and Tara Shellman.
