She was the daughter of Alonzo Cook and Ann Cramer.¹ Myrel Olive Cook married George Fletcher Gober Jr, son of Judge George Fletcher Gober and Alice Blackwell, at Yakima County, Washington. Her married name was Gober. Myrel Olive Cook died on 20 August 1941 at Yakima County, Washington.² She was buried on 22 August 1941 at Tahoma Cemetery, NW quarter, Block E, Section IOOF, Lot 1, Yakima County, Washington.²
