Crocker was a woodworker. He died on 28 June 1979 at Jackson, Hinds County, Mississippi, at age 54. He died of an acute myocardial infarction. He was buried at Lakewood Memorial Park Cemetery, Jackson, Hinds County, Mississippi. He was (an unknown value).
