Lillian Gober married Elmer B. Connally on 10 July 1924 at Shawnee, Pottawatomie County, Oklahoma, by the President of Shawnee College. Lillian Gober died on 22 January 1963 at Pryor, Mayes County, Oklahoma, at age 60. She was buried at Ponca City, Kay County, Oklahoma.
