Walter Marion Beaty died on 19 September 1907 at age 54. He was buried at Cox Cemetery, Millsap, Parker County, Texas.

     Walter W. Beaty was born on 22 December 1820 at Henry County, Georgia.² He married Eliza Evaline Gober, daughter of Thomas Craddock Gober and Clarissa Wisdom Pitchford, on 10 January 1842 at DeKalb County, Georgia.² Walter W.
