     Ivan Otto Adkison was born on 8 December 1892 at Oakland, Iowa. He was Farmer. He married Nettie Julia Gober, daughter of William Allen Gober and Julia Martha Plowman, on 6 March 1921 at Temple, Cotton County, Oklahoma. Ivan Otto Adkison died on 9 July 1969 at Duncan, Stephens County, Oklahoma, at age 76. He was buried on 12 July 1969 at Hastings Cemetery, Hastings, Jefferson County, Oklahoma.

     Merle Nadine Adkison is the daughter of Ivan Otto Adkison and Nettie Julia Gober. Merle Nadine Adkison married Billy Jay Irey on 25 April 1947 at Church of Christ, Temple, Cotton County, Oklahomat. Merle Nadine Adkison was a secretary-bookkeeper for Certified Public Account for forty years.
