She was employed by First National Bank of Tipton. She married W.D. "Mike" Goodner on March 12, 1943, in San Bernardino, Calif. He died June 28, 1994. She was employed by First National Bank in Frederick for 12 years prior to retiring in 1977. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, and First Baptist Church in Frederick.
Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law: Carol Lynne and Bobby Bagwell, Frederick; two grandchildren: Danna Akin and Bryan Bagwell, both of Frederick, nine nieces and three nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers Meredith and Merril Gober.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
