Martha Wafer Hudson died on 11 June 1914 at Jackson County, Georgia, at age 99. She was buried at Gober Plantation, Commerce, Jackson County, Georgia.

Emmitt James Huff died on 17 March 1984 at Glenn Ellyn, DuPage County, Illinois, at age 55. He was buried at Oaklawn Cemetery, Fort Smith, Sebastian County, Arkansas.
